I wanted to take a quick moment to personally acknowledge something important.
Over the past 30–60 days, we’ve become aware that some emails sent from our main address haven't been reaching you as intended. A few client partners, students, and prospective clients let us know they’ve found our messages in their spam folders or worse, they never received them at all.
We also discovered a handful of messages we thought were sent… sitting in our drafts folder. Definitely not our norm.
Please know this hasn’t been intentional, and we’re absolutely not ignoring you. We take communication and follow-through seriously and strive to operate in a spirit of excellence in everything we do.
That said, we’re currently in the process of transitioning to a new CRM system and upgraded email servers to ensure smoother communication moving forward. But during this transition, we appreciate your grace and patience.
