Over the years whether leading in the church or the marketplace (outside the church walls) I’ve learned a lot about people and their characteristics that will either HINDER OR HELP your team.

Remember what’s in a person will come out of them!
If they LIE on others, THEY WILL lie on you! Thus be careful how you align yourself with LIARS. Confusion and division is always their portion!
Pay attention and keep it moving! It’s hard to course-correct someone who has been bathed in a CULTURE of lying!
