Leadership 101: Alignment to your assignment is KEY!

HEY THERE ,

When people aren’t aligned properly your voice of instruction as their LEADER holds no weight or less weight than it needs to.

Thereby causing confusion and conflict most of the time.

AGAIN, whether in the church or marketplace!

✅No matter how hard you try you can never lead folks to success or victory when your VOICE is a VICE to them.

We as Senior Leaders tend to just ignore the obvious many times with hopes of triggering a paradigm shift in people who don’t value the benefits of our environment or just aren’t a good fit in a certain area.

Thus it’s much more effective to recognize and acknowledge when certain people may be better suited somewhere else.

It’s really not failure to help people connect to the proper place or leader who will help them flourish and be their best self!

It’s maturity to admit that though you like someone or even love someone their spiritual and mental alignment elsewhere means maybe just maybe they’re better off aligning their whole self to the place and space they can walk in their STRENGTH without being a burden or liability!
