I want to share something with you.

 

For as long as I can remember, I have always been a dreamer.

As a matter of fact, the night before my grandfather died, I dreamed that he did, and that was when I was 7 or 8 years old.

 

I didn’t tell anyone about that dream though.

 

Dreams, prophecy, Prophets and prophetic ministry were topics that NEVER came up in my church while growing up.

 

I grew up Baptist so, as a little girl, I never even saw women in the pulpit.

I saw them speaking on the floor on Women’s Day and teaching Sunday school.

 

But that was it.

 

My mother was a “pretty popular” women’s day speaker and was always called on to teach but I never imagined that she had a “call”

 

So, it never ever dawned on me that God could use me as a prophetic preacher, Prophet or Pastor.

 

It just wasn’t in my realm of thought or possibility.

 

Now 40 years later, I thank God that he gave me a revelation of who I am and clarified my prophetic mantle years ago.

 

I’m thankful that God uses me to help thousands of prophetic voices get trained and educated in their unique calling, year after year.

 

Yet, I know there are many prophetic women who are struggling to get to that point of complete clarity.

 

You know you’re a prophetic minister and indeed a prophetic intercessor.

You think you might even be a prophet.

 

But because you never saw women embraced in ministry let alone the prophetic, until late in life like me, you’re just not sure.

 

And you know what, sometimes, it’s hard for you to truly embrace your mantle because it just doesn’t “feel” right.
