As a TV-Journalist by trade, Ordained Minister and Media Coach, I watched in horror when Donald
Trump publicly told “black people” why we don’t have anything to lose if we vote for him.
Shaking my head, I wondered to myself: “Where in the world are his PR & Communication Advisors? Where are his speech-writers?!”
I mean surely, no political speech writer would have given him the go-ahead to spread such cluelessly-confident venom.
Then again, maybe they would, I pondered.
Maybe just maybe, Trump is being advised to just be himself because
after all what does he have to lose, since most people either love him or hate him with the support line drawn by race, income and religion.
But who in their right mind, especially black folks, could think of supporting someone who appears to think down upon the very ones he’s hoping to help put him in the White House?
In this case, you’d have to be someone who can ignore Trump’s outright demeaning dialogues or you’d have to have a definitive spiritual revelation
that would give you peace.
