Another Life, Gone Too Soon: Rest-In-Him Wynesha Joy Medley

As a Teacher and Mentor to Prophets, I never know whom God may send my way at any time. Nor do I know how much time He will assign them to learn via my tutelage and mantle. Sometimes they stay for years and sometimes just months as they are in the midst of transition.
No matter what, I try to give all that I can because many times, you just don’t know when it will be time to say “GoodBye”
Such was the case with Wynesha Joy Medley.
When I met her back in 2014 she had an INCREDIBLE raw natural talent for graphic design like I had never seen. So much so that I had the conversation with her that I’ve only had with (2) other SEASONED graphic designers who worked for me in the past.
I explained to them and her, that their talent and skill was so spectacular that even what they consider mediocre was really above and beyond what most designers put out.
Thus if they learned how to focus on each clients’ individual “flavor” and give themselves specific time limits there would never be a time that they would have unsatisfied clients.
I knew there was another level for her.
So did she!
Because of my 25+ years in Media and working with graphic designers, we agreed that maybe just maybe we could both help each other out.
She wanted to work on meeting her deadlines, her profit margins and the more we talked, I also realized there was another level of prophetic He was calling her to as well.
Yes, even in the midst of her transition.
Before I knew it she was LIVING in my guest room “sharing” MY office and acting like it was hers!! (lol) for the temporary yet, extended time she called Jacksonville, Florida home.
She loved and treated my daughters like the little sisters she never had.
She worked and labored in love with TWP while under “watch-care” and for my marketplace ministry #GICMP, as we both worked towards specific goals.
She knew God was preparing her for her NEXT and that NEXT was going to be BIG.
I was convinced of that as well.
Thus, when I heard of her passing, I did only what was natural for me as a former TV Anchor/Reporter and called the very station WTOC-TV that I used to work at 24 years ago when I lived in Savannah, Georgia to see if it was really the #WyneshaMedley (Winnie) we grew to love.
I was heart-broken to learn the details and even more upset that her life was so abruptly taken in such a violent way.
#Wynesha Joy #Medley was INDEED more than another statistic of domestic violence.
She was God’s child.
She was a DIGITAL MIDWIFE of DREAMS AND VISIONS for the many MINISTRIES, #PASTORS#AUTHORS, LEADERS and ENTREPRENEURS whose IDEAS she brought to life.
Though she is no longer with us, those she touched should find peace in knowing she made an indelible mark in the HISTORY of MANY due to her amazing designs that will live on FOREVER!
May God Bless her family, those who loved her and GRANT PEACE and JUSTICE!
