For the past 16years, Prophet Dion Evans Brown has been doing the work of the Lord traveling the length and the breath of this country preaching and prophesying, declaring the word of God to his people!
A sought after millennial voice, Prophet Brown has had the hand of the Lord upon him since he was a child. The call on his life at a young age made him different and peculiar! As a young boy God ignited his ministry by the gift of singing which lead to prophesying and seeing the majestic hand of God through miracles of healing.
The first recordings of Gods performed miracles through him was at the age of 7 when his mother took ill in a service and Prophet Brown laid hands on her and she was revived! Since that inception, his ministry was put into action around the age of 13. The preaching journey for Prophet Brown then began. He preached his first sermon entitled, “Seal me Lord from there”. In that moment the gift of being a psalmist had grown and transitioned into prophetically declaring the word of the Lord through
song and many yokes were destroyed and chains broken! At the age of 16 Prophet Brown accepted the mantle of a “Prophet”and began to operate under the leadership he was submitted to! At age 18 his life transitioned into an Evangelistic Prophetic Ministry where he began to travel outside of his local church assembly preaching revivals and crusades,
one in which he started in 2010 called the “The Prophetic Encounter”, which started in Hinesville,Georgia !
Prophet Brown has traveled the world preaching and prophesying and his ministry continues to grow as he continues to come in contact with so many souls! He is known for his prolific preaching, accurate prophesying and moving in the supernatural. Many miracles performed through Prophet Brown have been recorded are of healing of cancer, healing of lupus, stretching of a woman’s hand and so many more! In transition in growing his ministry, Prophet Brown
obtained a Bachelors in Theology from Kingdom Dominion Faith Bible College lead from the late Dr. Kenny Knight his (God father ).He also birthed several conferences, such as “The Recharge”, “Delivery Room” and “The Kings and Queens Conference” and others! He has been a featured guest on the word network on the Bishop Greg Davis Show! Also he’s the Apostolic leader of Recharge Charlotte Apostolic Hub!
He has a powerful mandate from God, specifically given to this generation to push, cultivate birth and impart! Prophet Brown recently started the “Let the Millennial Prophets SPEAK movement”, which has begun traveling to various cities ! He is a newly recording artist released his first Prophetic Single entitled No More Dry Places June2020!
Nevertheless, Prophet Brown loves God and he is submitted to His will. Prophet Brown wouldn’t be who he is today with out his enormous and heart felt covering. Firstly, his Lord and Savior, his pastor Bishop Alan G Porter!Bishop Greg Davis Apostolic Prophetic Covering! Also his Mentor Apostle Dwann Holmes who he serves in GICMP under her tutelage! his spiritual mother Dr. Gertrude Stacks, and his mother, Dr Alucia Walton who he considers his "first and always" covering!
Along with others who intercede and keeps him accountable! Lastly his motto is, “ if God can change me he can change anybody never give up on a soul”.

That's right. We're doing something different on this Mother's Day! We're giving 20 bucks of gas to 100 MOMS in Jacksonville, this SUNDAY at 3pm.
We're told on the weekends this is the busiest time of the day at the Racetrack. So, no church for us at GPLJAX on Sunday as we'll be doing some outreach.
I'm very excited.
And if you know any moms in Jacksonville in the 32244 that may appreciate some GAS on GOD, please do share this info with them!

We are literally winding into year 2 of this Pandemic Season. But through it all GOD HAS BEEN FAITHFUL.
Many churches across the globe have closed.
All churches are dealing with “changing of the guards” and shifting as people shift from one church to the next or as many have chosen to just back off in their involvement with organized church.
According to a recent BARNA RESEARCH SURVEY: When Barna analysts grouped responses into categories of social and non-social aspects that were missed, the data highlighted that nearly all respondents (90%) missed church for non-social reasons, which includes listening to a live sermon, reading and liturgies and taking communion / Eucharist. Still, a large portion (85%) also admits to missing the social aspects of gathering, including greeting others or passing
the peace during service, corporate prayer and connecting with church leaders in person.
As we continue navigating through this pandemic season, I am happy to announce Pastor Katabia Henry has accepted the role of INTERIM PASTOR for GPLJAX as we move forward to our relaunch in September!
In this role she will help carry some of the balls and bear some of the weight that comes with leading a church during these times.
Here’s the definition of what an INTERIM PASTOR does:
“An interim pastor also focuses on spiritually leading the church, but his focus is more on part-time transitional ministry, knowing his position is only temporary -- usually only 12 to 18 months -- until a full-time pastor can take over.”

For leaders and volunteers on our relaunch DREAM TEAM this means she will be intricately involved in helping us stay focused and organized as we meet weekly to stay on track for our relaunch.
